you dont need to worry about the wei chi point if you do cv4. and you'll find that doing the moxa at night helps you sleep. IF you do it during the day, it takes about 4-6 hours for the burn to stop. So... you'll be in pain all day. Atleast in sleep, you dont realize youre in pain.

Thank you. hmmm, so about 3 years... would I need to space out the times during the day fairly evenly or can I do one and a half-hour later do the next, a half-hour later the next, etc.? And for the wei chi point, burn on both wrist or just the right?

sehthh, if you burn cv4 10,000 times at 9 times a day, you will become an immortal, a god. You will be able to do fun things like burn things with a glare of your eyes and play with the flow of time.

Tony, half correct. the blade is rotated WHEN it is STILL IN THE BODY... and rotating counter clockwise shuts down the chakras and freezes the energy centers... I'll demonstrate both directions when we meet in person
