膝の痛みといってもいろいろな種類があります。
- 高齢者に多い「変形性膝関節症」
- 子どもに起こる「オスグッド病」
- スポーツマンに起こる「膝内障」
原因や病態は違いますが、治療（予防）の仕方は共通しているところが多くあります。
その代表が、「患部を安静に保つ」 ことです。
それでも積極的に動かなければならない場合、サポーターなどを使って、患部を保護することは大切なことではないでしょうか。
