I did not use a wacom tablet for this tut, even though I do recommend it, but for a good quality sculpture you would need at least a4 or a3 tablet :)

heres a cool way to sculpt the muscles without haveing to smooth it out, after u mask, keep holding down ctrl click ON YOUR MESH and it will smooth the MASK out instead of pulling it out, this should save you some time. :)
