You know, you can go to a book store and in the language section they'll probably have a chinese one. I suggest cantonese, because it sounds nicer (to me), but my school has mandarin, so I took that.It's a lot of fun. Careful on the pronunciation though... My classmates still suck at it after 3 months of learning. Mostly we're good though.

Yep, but it's not a note... In chinese, it's a tone. Almost all words have a tone in chinese. It's a very musical language. :p

according to some macrobiotic diet experts, regiment 7 can prevent and cure cancer. george ohsawa was a famous person who tried to influenced people to smoke if they were taking regiment 7. they x rayed george's lungs and they were cleaner than a nonsmoker even after many years of smoking! =)
